(Los Angeles, CA) — The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department is investigating new sexual assault allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Music producer Jonathan Hay told a Florida TV station that he was the “John Doe” who filed a civil suit in July against the rap mogul, claiming Diddy sexually assaulted him in 2021. Hay claims CJ Wallace, the son of the late rapper Notorious B.I.G., took him someplace where two men covered his head and Diddy raped him.
Combs’ lawyers say Hay’s claims are “false” and “uncorroborated.” The case has been referred to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Combs is doing time in New Jersey now after being convicted in New York, of transportation to engage in prostitution.
