Bagels in the colours of the Toronto Raptors lie in a basket at What A Bagel bakery in Toronto
(Flushing, NY) — Bagel lovers rejoice! Bagelfest is returning to Citi Field. Bagels are one of the most beloved foods in New York and on Sunday, November 16th they’ll be celebrated. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Founded in 2019, the event now sees some two-thousand people at Citi Field.
Not only will you be able to taste some of your favorite bagels from your favorite stores, like Essa-bagel and Utopia Bagel, but bagel makers from all over the world will be competing. They’ll be in the running to be crowned “best bagel maker” in the business. In recent years, winners of the festival like Popup Bagels have seen their business take off.
Tickets range from three-hour stays to all-day access. There will also be an immersive experience with bagel-themed art, interactive games and photo-ops. In addition, there will be panels and discussions with bagel experts.
