(Undated) — Stevie Nicks is postponing nine concert dates after suffering a fractured shoulder. A statement said Nicks’ seven August dates and two September dates “will be rescheduled.”
The 77-year old former Fleetwood Mac singer was scheduled to kick off the next leg of her U.S. tour in Brooklyn on August 8th. The statement added that the injury won’t affect her eight October dates, beginning with an October 1st show in Portland, Oregon. There’s no word on what caused her injury.
Nicks’ disappointing post came on the heels of a more upbeat announcement this week that her long out-of-print album Buckingham Nicks — her collaborative LP with Lindsey Buckingham that preceded the musicians joining a revamped Fleetwood Mac lineup — would finally be reissued.
