(New York, NY) — “Mama Mia!” is returning to Broadway. The musical will hit the Great White Way this summer for a limited six-month run. It’s the ninth longest running show of all time on Broadway. The musical features ABBA’s greatest hits. Opening night is set for August 14th and the show will run until February 1st. The cast includes Christine Sherrill as Donna, Amy Weaver as Sophie, Carly Sakolove as Rosie, Jalynn Steele as Tanya, Rob Marnell as Harry Bright, Jim Newman as Bill Austin, Victor Wallace as Sam Carmichael, and Grant Reynolds as Sky. The return of “Mamma Mia!” coincides with the show’s 25th anniversary. It originally made its Broadway debut in 2001.
