(New York, NY)  —  With summer coming to an end, it’s time to bring some routine back into your household if you have kids.  According to experts, some tips include starting a gradual shift into fall routines that may have fallen to the wayside over the summer.  It’s not so much about managing children, but showing them how to break big goals into small steps.  In addition, in order to make things a bit smoother, parents should start two-to-three-weeks before the first day of school when trying to start fall routines.  One way is to start with an earlier bed time.  Kids tend to go to sleep later in the summer when there’s no school.  Officials say it’s going to take about three days of staying firm and not giving in.  They add that anytime you put in boundaries, there will be some push back from your children.
