(Staten Island, NY) — A New York City business owner says Shaquille O’Neal recently stopped by their dress shop. He was there to find some relief but ended up displaying his trademark size and even larger generosity. Shaq — who spent time during his youth in Newark, New Jersey — paid for prom dresses.
The NBA superstar asked the store owner if the shop had a bathroom, and when the 7 ‘1 NBA legend ducked into the entrance, he noticed several girls trying on prom dresses. He chatted with them, cracked some jokes, offered fashion advice and then — before leaving — paid for the dresses.
