(Coney Island, NY) – Joey Chestnut is once again the Frankfurter King, winning the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating contest in Coney Island for the 17th time.
He ate 70-and-a-half hot dogs in ten minutes to reclaim the mustard belt, after missing last year’s contest due to controversy over a sponsorship deal with Impossible Foods.
His total came up short of his world record of 76 hot dogs. Reigning women’s champ Miki Suto won her 11th title.
