(New York, NY) — Sean “Diddy” Combs is being ordered to remain behind bars until sentencing after being found guilty of transporting people for prostitution. U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian set Sean Combs’ sentencing for Friday, October 3 after denying bail. Combs, 55, has been behind bars since his arrest in September.

Combs was convicted of transporting people across state lines for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. The jury acquitted him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, which were related to allegations that he forced girlfriends into hundreds of drug-fueled sex marathons with other men. His lawyers said the women were willing participants.

The mixed result could still put Combs behind bars for up to a decade.
