(New York, NY) — Sid Rosenberg, host of “Sid and Friends in the Morning” feels former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo “blew it.” He said that he’s “lost about all faith in New York” after Zohran Mamdani, won the democratic primary, beating out Cuomo. The morning show host asked if “somebody can explain to him” how Mamdani won easily and beat Cuomo by 100-thousand votes, adding “New York is in the toilet.”
Sid said “This guy blew a 30-point lead and you’ve got to give Mamdani credit for generating an unbelievable amount of enthusiasm.” However, he added, “some of it falls back on Cuomo because he sucked. He did nothing.” Sid said he really thought New Yorkers “were better than this” but “they’re not.”
