(Los Angeles, CA) – Taylor Swift has filed a restraining order against a 45-year old Brian Jason Wagner, claiming he’s been stalking her for almost a year.
In court documents filed Friday, Swift says Wagner has shown up at her Los Angeles home multiple times since July 2024, once holding a glass bottle. He allegedly believes he’s in a relationship with the singer, something Swift strongly denies.
Swift says his behavior has made her fear for her safety. Her security team has confronted Wagner on several occasions, and she’s now asking the court to legally keep him away.
This isn’t the first time Swift has dealt with stalkers, but it’s a reminder of the security risks celebrities often face.
