(New York, NY)  —  Rap star, movie star and business entrepreneur Ice Cube started the Big Three Basketball League.  He also lives in Los Angeles and lives very close to the unrest in LA.  He explained to Sid Rosenberg on “Sid and Friends in the Morning” what his neighborhood looks like.

He said “emotions are high and there is a lot of fear, and people are acting out.” Ice Cube added that he thinks “it’s an unfortunate situation, but this is LA.” Meantime, the rapper told Sid he’s going back on the road this fall, for first time in years.  He wrote his first hit record back in 1985.
