(New York, NY) – A fire broke out at the Hilton Hotel on 6th avenue at West 53rd Street Tuesday (May 27, 2025) afternoon.
According to the FDNY, the fire broke out at 1326 Sixth Ave. at 4:51 p.m. and was brought under control at 6:08 p.m. More than 100 firefighters and medics responded to the scene, the FDNY said. The blaze reportedly started in the basement of the 35-story luxury high rise.
No injuries have been reported. Smoke could be seen for miles.
