If you think you understand your dog, think again. There’s a new study that says we have a long way to go when it comes to understanding our dogs. New research from Arizona State University showed that we don’t truly perceive the true meaning of our pets emotions. In addition, we can misread what our dogs are thinking and feeling.
Part of the problem is we try to project human emotions on our pets. Many times we’re looking at the situation surrounding the dog, rather than zeroing on the dog itself.
