WABC Radio Statement On Upcoming Elections & Hosts

WABC stands for Truth, Justice, and The American Way and a key part of that is election integrity.

As a station that has made a historic comeback by demanding smart, honest opinions from our hosts on the biggest issues, we take our responsibility seriously. The success of WABC has even positioned some of our hosts as viable candidates for public office.

Due to election laws and our unwavering commitment to integrity, WABC has made the necessary decision to remove candidate hosts from regular programming. This ensures fairness and upholds the principles of a free and fair democratic process.

We extend our best wishes to Curtis Sliwa, Frank Morano, and Anthony Weiner in their campaigns and, as always, to the citizens of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the United States.
