(New York, NY) – A Long Island family is suing the wife and daughter of notorious mobster, John “Junior” Gotti. It’s tied to a brawl at a basketball game at Locust Valley High School. Last year, the mother and daughter – Kimberly, 56, and Gianna, 24, allegedly began throwing racial and homophobic slurs towards one of the players causing the family of that player to get upset. When the family approached the Gotti’s, the confrontation turned physical and spilled out onto the court.
Assault charges were handed to the Gotti’s after the fight, but back in October the case was tossed on a technicality. The family repeatedly denied any plea deal offers from prosecutors, claiming that the case was simply brought because of the infamous family name. The Gotti’s maintain the other family were the aggressors in this case. The Etienne family is suing the Gotti’s to the tune of 50 million dollars.
