(Washington, D.C.) — President-elect Donald Trump and Vice-President-elect JD Vance will take in the Army-Navy football game in Landover, Maryland. Vance made headlines on Friday when he invited Long Island marine veteran, Daniel Penny to attend the game in the presidential suite at the Washington Commanders stadium. Penny, who was found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in his New York City subway chokehold case, accepted the invite.
It’s the 125th meeting between Army and Navy, one of college football’s most watched rivalries. Both the Army Black Knights and Navy Midshipmen are headed for bowl games this year.
