Here is how to keep peace at the Thanksgiving table

syndication-the-daily-times-7

(New York, NY) — Most Americans say they’ll do their best to try and avoid talking politics at the Thanksgiving dinner table.  A CBS News poll finds 71-percent of Americans say they will avoid bringing up either President-elect Donald Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris’s name as they sit down to eat with family and friends.  The survey finds that 38 percent of Trump voters are more likely to talk about the recent presidential race, while just 28-percent of Harris voters plan to bring her name up.

Some New York therapists say it’s best to skip talking politics, especially at a table filled with people with differing views.
