This McRib sandwich was purchased Friday, Nov. 17, 2023. Now, McDonald's is selling big jugs of the sauce.

(Chicago, IL) – If you’re a fan of McDonald’s McRib — we’ve got good news and bad news. On the plus side, the popular limited-time menu item is about to make its return. The bbq-sauce flavored riblet sandwich is back beginning December 3.
But for people who just can’t wait, or refuse to only buy the sandwich during it’s limited-time run at restaurants, making one of your own is now a possibility. The fast food giant started selling “A Whole Lotta McRib Sauce,” this week. Jugs of the sauce went on sale Monday morning at 10:00 AM — retailing for about $20. They sold out rapidly, sold online.
Prior to this week McDonald’s had never sold the sauce on the open market. It’s a special release ahead of the limited time availability for the McRib.
