(New York, NY) — The Yankees live to see another day. They beat the Dodgers up in the Bronx Tuesday night 11 to 4. The Bronx Bombers are down three games to one in the best of seven World Series championship, which means they have to win three games in a row to bring the trophy back to New York. Nine times this season the Yankees have won four games in a row, so fans are holding out hope it can happen again.
Two Yankees fans with front row seats were ejected last night for prying a foul ball out of Dodger Mookie Betts’ glove. The two men were tossed out of Yankee Stadium after interfering with the outfielder while he was making a play on a foul ball down the right field line. It happened in the bottom of the first inning as Betts ran to the wall to catch the ball.
