(New York, NY) – After a listeria outbreak concerning deli meats, the latest food alert is coming from the freezer aisle. Treehouse Foods, a manufacturer based in Illinois, issued a recall for some of its products sold nationwide. They are behind the store-brands like Kodiak, Simple Truth and Foodhold carried at major retailers such as Target, Walmart and Wegmans.
The company says they issued the recall after they found issues with quality testing. There have been no reported illnesses.
