(New York, NY) — Mayor Adams says he is getting annoyed with reporters constantly peppering him with question about the FBI investigation swirling around his inner circle The mayor seemed upset Tuesday, as reporters raised their hands at his weekly Q and A with the media, and then asked him what he knew about a series of FBI probes involving members of his staff. He told the members of the press he had no updates and then asked them to let the investigations just play out.
Adams insists the public is not nearly concerned about the investigations as the press corps covering City Hall is. He says he is not asked about the probe when he speaks with voters. The mayor says he is laser focused on bringing down crime and making the city more liveable.
