(Syosset, New York) – A cul-de-sac in Syosset Long Island turned into a crime scene this weekend after an apparent murder-suicide left a total of five dead. The horrifying discovery was made after one man was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in front of the home. Police then went into the house and found four people dead inside.
A neighbor who lived across the street says the woman who owned the house had just passed away, and her son who had lived with her for decades was the one who carried out the murders, was worried he was about to be thrown out of the home. Nassau County police say they believe the incident to be a murder-suicide. They are continuing to investigate the incident which took place on Wyoming Court.
