A man on Long Island is thrown behind bars and set to be arraigned on child porn charges. Suffolk police followed up on a tip from the state Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and got a warrant Tuesday afternoon to go into the home of Joseph Kirincic, on 6th Street in Deer Park.
After entering the house, police say they found child porn images on his phone, and proof he had been sending child sexual abuse material via a messaging app. Kirincic has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing child porn.
He’s set to be arraigned Wednesday.
