(Balitmore, MD) – An investor in Maryland is currently at odds with the disgraced actor over a luxurious waterfront property in Baltimore. Spacey recently lost the home in a foreclosure auction where the house went for $3.24 million.
An investor based in Bethesda, Sam Asgari, scored the property for what he thought was a bargain. Turns out there is a big unforeseen issue with the residence. That problem: Spacey apparently refuses to leave. The New York Post reports that the actor refuses to hand over the keys. However, Spacey’s attorney shut down those claims from the investor saying that the accusations are false. Spacey originally bought the 9,000 square foot property in 2017 for $5.65 million. More recently, Spacey got emotional in an interview with Piers Morgan, saying he is drowning in debt and does not know where he is going to live. Now he and Spacey have entered negotiations to determine the next steps.
