(Nashville, TN) – Later this month, former President Trump plans to attend one of the nation’s biggest cryptocurrency events. The conference — Bitcoin 2024 — will be held in Nashville, Tennessee from July 25 through 27.
The organizers have put out a statement in which they say Trump expressed his support for the American Bitcoin industry in May of this year. Many who advocate for financial freedom and less regulation say that cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin can help decentralize finance.
Other prominent Republicans will be in attendance reportedly, like rumored Trump cabinet pick Vivek Ramaswamy. Tennessee Republican senators Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn are also on the guest list. It’s not just who’s who of the GOP that’s set to attend — celebrity podcaster Russell Brand, Independent candidate for president RFK Jr., and NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden are also expected to attend.
