(New York, New York) – Subsidized housing residents in the city can have the rug pulled out from under them at any given moment, and they don’t even know it. Greg Marshall has lived in his Upper East Side apartment for 25 years, now a developer has been trying to kick him out for 13 years but he’s not budging. He’s the only tenant left in his 6-story apartment building and building have been knocked down all around him. Greg says rent stabilized resident all over the city are at risk.
