(New York, New York) – You will be able to see meteor showers in New York this month! Stargazers will also be able to see planets and star clusters all with the naked eye. Almost all of the action can be seen within the five boroughs, in a park or other dark spots around the city.

Saturn will be easily visible right before midnight at the beginning of the month, and as the month goes on it’ll slowly be visible around 10pm. The Southern Delta Aquariids are a meteor shower visible from mid July to mid August each year with peak activity on 28th or 29th of July. This year it begins July 18th and extends to August 21st On July 29th and 30th the shower will peak with nearly 20 meteors an hour.
