(New York, New York) – The MTA has unveiled a brand new program to help keep the LIRR running smoother and cleaner. By early July you can expect posters on the walls inside your LIRR bathrooms on trains with QR codes where commuters can report issues, such as bathroom cleanliness or lack of toilet paper, in real time! The MTA says this program can only run as well as people use it, there is no update yet on what will happen if you run out of toilet paper while using the restroom.
