(Heathrow, FL) — As summer approaches, gas prices are seeing slight declines. Triple-A puts today’s national average at three-44 a gallon. That’s down a penny from Saturday, nine cents from a week ago and a drop of 20 cents from where it was a month ago. Drivers in California are still shelling out the most at the pump at four-93 on average. Mississippi is seeing the lowest prices at two-95.
