(Sparta, New Jersey) –  This past week Sparta, New Jersey has found themselves with a savage bear on the loose. The bear killed a chihuahua in front of its owner and left another dog injured in two separate incidents. Listen below as 77 WABC’s Nino DeNino chats with Sparta Police Chief regarding the incident.
