(New York, NY) — A 13-year-old boy was shot and killed in Crown Heights late last night. It’s the third deadly shooting in the neighborhood just this week. Cops say Troy Gill was just blocks from his home when the bullets flew on Brooklyn Avenue around 10:30 p.m.  Police are searching for the gunman. They have no motive for the gunfire.

On Wednesday, an immigrant from West Africa was shot to death on McKeever Place. 33-year-old Lamine Bah died from a gunshot to the head. Police have no motive for the gunfire and have made no arrests. On Monday, a bodega worker was shot dead after he refused to give a customer a cigar for free. 37-year-old Nasim Barry had worked at Amin Deli on Franklin Avenue for years. Police say the wanted gunman is still on the loose.
