NEW YORK, NY– The man who’s been arrested more than two dozen times in the past two months for stalking Taylor Swift at her New York townhouse, has been arrested once again. Police say David Crowe was cuffed for a third time after he was caught going through the dumpster outside the pop star’s Tribeca home Wednesday. The 33-year-old has already been charged with stalking and harassment. He appeared in court Wednesday on the latest charges; however after court, Crowe returned to Swift’s townhouse. Police were contacted and he was arrested again.
