Judge Arthur Engoron told Trump’s attorneys that he cannot speak. The New York Attorney General’s Office and Trump’s legal team will both get a turn to address the judge during the hearing Trump is charged with defrauding banks and insurers by inflating his net worth. State lawyers want the Trump Organization to pay a 370-million dollar fine. New York Attorney General Letitia James is also asking the court to bar the Trump organization from doing business in New York.
