(New York, NY) — The NYPD is searching for a three-year-old girl who was kidnapped by her mother from her father’s home on Staten Island on Saturday. The mother, 26-year-old Randalae Rhodes does not have custodial rights to her three-year-old daughter, Kadence. A source in the NYPD says they believe the girl may have been taken to Virginia. State Police in Virginia tell WABC that they have issued a Missing Endangered Child Alert for the 3-year-old. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket and black boots. Police in Virginia say they are worried for the health and safety of Kadence.
