Hunter Biden Charged with Tax Evasion and Could Face up to 17 Years in Prison

LOS ANGELES, CA- Hunter Biden is being indicted on nine tax-related charges, including three felony counts. The charges were filed Thursday in a federal court in Los Angeles. Biden allegedly failed to pay and file taxes, filed a fraudulent form, and evaded an assessment. The indictment also alleges that he lived an “extravagant lifestyle” without paying his taxes. The Post reporting “The Defendant engaged in a four-year scheme to not pay at least $1.4 million dollars in self-assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years 2016 through 2019,” –this according to Special Counsel David Weiss writing in the 56-page indictment out of the Central District of California. The Presidents son could be sentenced up to 17 years in prison if convicted on the charges.

Hunter Biden is also facing  charges in Delaware for purchasing a gun.
