WASHINGTON —The House has passed a stopgap bill which will avoid a government shutdown that was set for Friday.

There are two parts to the bill—the first extends funding until January 19th. The second part of the measure funds the government until February 2nd. The bill does not include additional funding for Israel or Ukraine.
