(Florham Park, NJ) — Aaron Rodgers is itching to get back on the field. For the first time since tearing his Achilles, the Jets quarterback provided a vague timeline for when he hopes to return. Rodgers said during his weekly appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show” that it would be “a few fortnights” before he makes his comeback. The 39-year-old is eight weeks removed from surgery, meaning that his timeline of recovery would line up with a return for the Jets’ game against the Washington Commanders on December 24th. New York is third in the AFC East at 4-and-4 and will visit the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday Night Football.
