NEW YORK NY- Former President Trump winding up his testimony Monday in his Company civil fraud trial. He says the case is a witch hunt and needs to be tossed. Trump verbally sparred back and forth with the judge, at one point the judge called on Trump’s lawyers to “control” their client…the judge telling Trumps lawyer “this isn’t a political rally.”
New York Attorney General Letitia James is accusing Trump of inflating finances, so his company could receive more favorable loans.
Ivanka Trump is set to testify on Wednesday. Governor Hochul calling Trumps testimony “disgraceful.”
Meantime, Trump is leading President Biden in the polls in 5 key swing states.
