(New York, NY) — Donald Trump Jr. will continue testifying today in the New York civil fraud trial involving him, his brother Eric and their father, former President Donald Trump. They’re charged with fraudulently overvaluing their properties to get better rates on loans and insurance. On Wednesday, Trump Jr. testified that he didn’t recall being involved in compiling the business’s financial statements but that he had the responsibility as executive vice president of the Trump Organization to sign off on documents. He said he relied on others, like former longtime CFO Allen Weisselberg, to vet the documents.
