(New York, NY) — New York City could soon start handing out tents to newly arriving migrants. The Wall Street Journal reports Mayor Eric Adams and other City Hall leaders have discussed the possibility of distributing the tents as they run out of room. The city has already built several large tents to shelter migrants. More than 130,000 migrants, most from the U.S.-Mexico border have come to the city over the past year. Mayor Adams say there is no more room for them. He continues to ask the White House for help housing and paying for the migrants.
