(New York, NY) — The mess in the Middle East continues to play out of the streets of New York. Over the weekend, 19 were arrested when protestors fought with NYPD cops during a pro-Palestine rally in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. It’s estimated around 5,000 took to the streets. Police say protestors pelted cops with eggs, bottle and shot fireworks at them. The 19 demonstrators cuffed were charged with resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
