WASHINGTON, DC–The House will hold yet another vote for Speaker on Thursday. Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan is hoping the third time is the charm, after falling short of the 217 votes ne needs to be elected Speaker. Jordan says he has no intention of dropping out of the race.
Thursdays vote is scheduled at noon. Meantime, House business remains at a stand still, with the war in the mid east, and the possibility of a government shutdown in November.
