(New York, NY) — New Yorkers who have been stuck in Israel after the Hamas terror attacks are finally beginning to get back home. There were some emotional reunions at Newark and JFK airports on Sunday. The Americans entering the terminals spoke about spending time in bomb shelters, worried for their lives. Fliers say they had to be creative and spend thousands of dollars to find flights that first took them to Europe and then back to the states. The American airlines with routes between the U.S. and Israel have suspended those flights until further notice.
