(New York, NY) – Former President Trump’s ex-lawyer Michael Cohen was scheduled to deliver testimony next week in the fraud trial alleging Trump inflated the value of his real estate holdings — but that will be delayed because Cohen is dealing with a health issue.
New York AG Tish James alleges Trump and his family members artificially inflated the value of their portfolio in a bid to secure better terms from lenders and insurers. Cohen was scheduled to testify, and Trump was expected to be in attendance to watch that in person. Now, it’s not clear when it will happen due to Cohen’s health.
