Day 2 For Trump Civil Fraud Trial-Judge Issued Limited Gag Order

NEW YORK, NY-  Former President was back in a Manhattan courtroom for day two of his civil fraud trial. Trump spoke before heading into the courtroom saying the charges against his company and his family are a sham.

Attorney General Letitia James is accusing Trump and his family of inflating Trump’s net worth.  The attorney general is seeking a 250 million dollar fine and a ban on Trump’s company doing business in New York state.

Meantime, the judge in former President Trump’s civil fraud trial has issued a limited gag order. The decision coming after Trump made a post on Truth Social that attacked the judge’s clerk.  The judge says he will not tolerate attacks on any of his staff members.
