WASHINGTON, DC  – Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz wants to remove House Speaker Kevin McCarthy from his job as House Speaker.
Gaetz filed a motion Monday to force a vote to overthrow McCarthy. McCarthy worked with Democrats to pass a short-term funding bill to keep the government operating, which conservative republicans were flat out against.  A House vote could come as early as this week.
