(New York, NY) — A human leg with the foot attached was found in a dumpster in Hillcrest, Queens Wednesday night. The leg was found behind a TD Bank branch. A cleaning crew happened upon it. Neighbors say they had smelled something rotting. The NYPD says surveillance video from the area shows someone dumping the bag into the dumpster. Police have made no arrests.
