(New York, NY) — Former New York City Buildings Commissioner Eric Ulrich will surrender to authorities today to face criminal charges. The “Daily News” reports he’ll face charges for accepting a discounted apartment from a contractor with business before the city. The “New York Times” has reported the charges will link Ulrich to organized crime and illegal gambling.
