(Washington, D.C) — A bill to ban federal mask mandates came up short in the Senate on Thursday. Ohio Republican J.D. Vance argued children can’t go through another mask mandate. Vance attempted to pass the bill by unanimous consent on the Senate floor, but the move was blocked by Democrats.
