MIAMI,FL — Hurricane Lee is now a category 4 storm, down from a category 5 storm.
The National Hurricane Center says Lee has top wind speeds of 155 miles-per-hour.
Lee is expected to pass through the Caribbean, then curve northward in the next few days. The question is, will the storm threaten the U.S.
Forecasters say Lee is expected to remain a dangerous storm, kicking up rough surf along the east coast.
